Hatha Yoga is one of the best methods to keep the body healthy, the joints moving, and the muscles pliant. Within my daily activities I directly experience the benefits of a yoga practise: physical health, well-being, energy, a positive state, patience, and the tools to maintain a sense of equanimity. As I mature, I gain a deeper sense of the subtle interplay between body, breath and mind, contributing towards a feeling of youthful vitality.
