Yoga postures are easily adapted to suit your work/office space, and you can still reap the benefits of yoga without leaving your chair.
Extended periods of sitting seem to be an occupational hazard in today’s information age. You’ll produce twice as much in half the time if you just take time to stretch and breathe.
