Group Yoga Classes
Practising together as a group encourages consistency and fosters the growth and development of each individual.
The focus of the yoga class is to help release physical and mental tension; revitalize the spine to aid in postural alignment; and cultivate a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Yoga postures are adapted and modified to suit the individual’s degree of experience and flexibility.
