Individual & Private Classes
Jillian offers private classes for one or two individuals and small groups that can be scheduled in the client’s own home.
Emphasis is on designing a personal yoga routine to meet each person’s daily activity needs and health priorities; an energizing morning practise to support the individual throughout their day or a more calming evening practise to help decompress after a busy day and enhance a restful night’s sleep.
